We have collaborated with City of Alton to provide a low cost spay/neuter package for pets of people that reside in the city of Alton. Transportation is available (if needed) every Thursday for the month of July and until Aug. 10th. TRANSPORT TIME 7am at Sylvia Vela Park, 401 Dawes, (Alton Blvd.) and same day pick up at 3:15pm.
